How do I place an order?

Choose your preferred item, select the size and quantity, then add it to your cart. You can review your cart at any time before continuing to checkout and placing your order.

How do I checkout?

Once your pieces are in your cart, click checkout and follow the steps to enter your shipping details, select a delivery method, add any discount code, and complete payment.

I have just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow a little time for your confirmation email to arrive. We recommend checking your junk or spam folder as well. If it still has not arrived, contact our customer service team and we will help you locate it.

I am unable to place my order. What do I do?

If an error appears during checkout, check that your billing details, shipping details, and payment information are entered correctly. If the issue continues, contact our team with a screenshot and the device or browser you are using.

Can I cancel or make changes to the order I just placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We process orders quickly, so changes and cancellations can only be made before an order has been packed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order without being charged?

If your order is cancelled before it ships, your payment will be refunded according to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, it will need to follow the returns process.

Do you offer discounts or sales?

Yes. You can keep up with our latest offers by subscribing to our newsletter and checking the website for current edits, markdowns, and limited-time promotions.

Do you offer pay later options?

How can I check the status of my order?

Sign in to your account or use the details in your order emails to follow updates. You will receive a shipping notification once your order is on the way.

Where is my order? I have not received it yet.

Your shipping email will include tracking information when available. If tracking has not updated yet, please allow time for the carrier to scan your parcel and for local delivery processing.

What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?

Some pieces may sell out quickly. If a restock option is available on the product page, select your size and sign up to be notified when it returns.

How do I start a return?

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, exchanges may not always be available. If you need another size or style, we recommend placing a new order and following the returns process for the original item.

Can I purchase your items in store?

PIROIEE is currently available online. Any future retail or pop-up updates will be shared on our website and social channels.

Where are your items designed and manufactured?

Our pieces are developed with attention to fit, fabric, and finishing. We work with production partners selected for quality and consistency.
